Cross Cultural Community Management
I lead and manage multilingual, international communities across Chinese-, English-, and Italian-speaking regions, working daily with members from diverse cultural backgrounds, time zones, and communication styles.
My role goes beyond moderation. I actively build trust, alignment, and engagement in communities where I am not a native speaker, ensuring clear communication, respectful interaction, and long-term participation. This requires cultural awareness, adaptability, and the ability to interpret intent, not just language.
